Billing
Where necessary you will be billed in advance of services being rendered. If payments are not made promptly then services may be withdrawn. To prevent interruption of any service we ask you to call us if you have any questions about any bill you receive.
Refunds
Refunds (this also includes chargeback claims) will be granted without question. We also prefer you call (the number will be on your bank statement next to our charge) so we can explain any questions you may have. Please note that if a refund is issued you may be lapsed from membership to the organisation you were paying for.
